This didn't pan out, but, publicly traded VARs are all going down. Pivot to services? Just look at how that's working for DXC. Pivot to pure consulting? That's where Claude is winning with execs. Focus on fundamentals like AEs that are empowered to be responsive, dropship more boxes, and you might just thrive...but what exec wants to do that?
As someone who has worked at both companies, I can confidently say both companies su-k.
