It's true. Riverview also has armed security at the front entrance now as well as a much heavier security presence.

PIP is personnel improvement plan. Usually 5% people are rated below average. This year the % in some groups is as high as 25%. If they remove for performance reasons the company does not have to pay severance and also increases number of people leaving on their own
