Received an email today about the changes in Isolation. The current president hasn’t even been there a year. What is going on?

Going on 18 years with Emerson and never seen someone go backwards in title and then get promoted later on.
@1jm MR was planning to retire from FCV all year, was announced about 6 months ago.
JW was always in waiting to backfill, it’ll be a 2 man race between JW & TT for replacing KGM in 2-3 years.
Guarantee JW still got a pay bump regardless of the title difference

He’s taking a step down from a president role to a VP role. That, along with the ACT president moving so soon, tell me things weren’t going well.

Thought it was announced (right or wrong) that the Fisher-FCV President is retiring at some point. Is the current ISV President backfilling that, or going somewhere else? Very new ACT President is going to over to ISV as President. Someone else can confirm or correct.
