@a2 just be competent and they’ll performance manage you right out the door with no severance. That’s their current M-O.
@1f5 hello blue but for most of us hello pink slip.
Before you know it, all of our email addresses will end with “ibm.com.” Hello blue!
Exactly! And to top it off they are now hiring a Sr Director execute McKinseys recommendations. Definitely looks like more WFR coming up https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4414055359/
McKinsey is working to help OT understand what its employee base should look like, meaning the traits and background and education, and what leadership fits this success model. Likely part of a larger, multi prong McKinsey review to make the company ready for a buyer if it comes to that. Expect more WFRs and also redesign of positions/ roles.
We are beyond repair.
Also a director on the board left show was an issue xpert in HR affairs. I suspect they have hired McKinsey to justify some bad decision making. That director was with OT only for 1 year. A new CHRO, mandating 5 day RTO. Not looking good. Me think the Director wanted to exit before she is on the hook for bad decision making.
And seriously, spending money on McKinsey to prove what exactly.??? Focus on customers , focus on clients ....should be simply right ? But no, spend money on office buildings, consultants....slow clap !!
Nothing new, the company is winding down. Mark B’s departure was the canary in the coal mine. And from the replies in this thread we are all getting dizzy walking in a straight line.
@a2 You have to be experienced and have deep product knowledge.
IIRC employee ratings were always due in July.
Tell me what to do and I will do it so i can be laid off. Someone with insight please answer me. Thank you.
