Well said. The down vote either came from a Beancounter, DEI hire or Boeing HR mo--n or a Boeing Manager mo--n.
Boeing should fire all HR’s. No company in business to make a profit has five layers of HR manager mo--ns like Boeing does. And there lies the problem. Fire all HR and tell them no unemployment benefits.

Boeing put themselves in this situation, all by themselves. Years ago, Boeing decided they were going to force out older experienced engineers, mistakenly believing they were no longer needed at Boeing. This bold idea was the gospel preached by Boeing Bean Counters along with Power Points their camel oops meant MBA's jockeys put together.
And now here we are with Boeing swirling the toilet after they announced a 3B loss justifying it with all their Jibba Jabba excuses.
