What about the outplacement services?

Does anyone have experience with the outplacement services for those who choose the PIL? For someone who is NOT an engineer or construction person...?

If it’s still Right management, I actually thought they were really helpful. The only thing I will say is that they’re not good with actually finding like job postings/openings but I don’t really think that’s what they’re for. After being out of the job market for a while, they really helped me understand what resumes needed to look like now and updated my LinkedIn and the coach I had was really awesome, she was more of like a therapist lol but also I did a lot of the networking and finding places where I wanted to work because that was something I could steer that part myself.

Leverage them for a revision or new format of a resume and CV, and a new take on a LI profile. Other than that, work your network and sell yourself.

If it is the same service they use to help spouses find jobs after relocation it is a total scam and waste of time. They sent my partner links to monster.com and job boards. That was all. Zero help.
