If what folks are saying about the Livonia office is real, people deserve answers. Black employees deserve a fair shot, respect, and equal opportunities not to feel like they’re being judged by anything other than their work. If concerns involve leadership decisions under Gault, those concerns should be looked at openly, with transparency and accountability. Nobody should be above questions, and the facts should speak for themselves.
