1NA and 3PL warehouse outsourcing just say it. The floor level associates will pay the price to make it all work. Dedication and years of working hard doesn’t matter.
@j0 500%, bro... You nailed it.
We gave it all out building relationships with customer with trust and value. We knew our sh-t. Unfortunately these leaders who are in a cloud land have zero clue. Just strategizing in a room away from reality is causing point. Then you have a useless scatter brained AK that has been lying and misleading leadership.
Frankly she is best case scenario where she needs to be replaced with a chat llm that gives correct value.
Investors are the ones who can force this leadership to walk the plank as it has earned F GRADE.
Cut their packages by 1/10, or fire them.

I never received any email regarding town hall. More details please.
Be good to your teams. I would be floored if Ramon survives another year. There will be massive shake-ups for the foreseeable future.
The company itself isn't trying to beat Coke overnight because that isn't how beverage share shifts. It takes decades to build distribution, habits, and brand loyalty.
Coca-Cola didn't build its lead through one breakthrough product. It spent decades securing fountain contracts, restaurant partnerships, and retail distribution while investing billions in marketing. Those decisions created generational consumer habits that are incredibly difficult to unwind.
Pepsi has spent decades competing from behind in many away-from-home channels. The challenge isn't that the organization can't innovate—it's that incremental, C-tier innovation alone won't overcome structural advantages in distribution, execution, and consumer habit. Faster execution helps, but it doesn't replace winning the right partnerships or building sustained competitive advantages over many years.
Market share isn't won with a single launch. It's won through consistent execution, superior distribution, strong retail relationships, and repeated consumer trial over a long period of time. Believing one product cycle or one innovation pipeline will close a decades-long competitive gap ignores how consumer packaged goods businesses have historically grown.
Be good to your teams. They'll be the ones carrying the business through whatever comes next.
I hate having to be positive and cheerlead this train wreck.
Glad I received an email today. Moving forward.
What an inspiring message! We’ll be working longer hours and responding to emails on weekends to ensure we continue to deliver shareholder returns. I’m committed to working harder to provide more value to our investors as half of us across sales cease to exist.
These people are in trouble and really out of touch. I guarantee we will be out executed. Power of One is purely about cost cutting. The turnaround plans have been a complete failure and they are doubling down on focusing on the wrong things.
More detail and context please!
What town was this? I didn’t have one on my calendar?? What was said in it?
Sounds like a complete merger from top to bottom
All I processed out of the town hall was WTF?
