if someone who has been previously laid off can provide some insight, what can we expect to see?
any additional advice? I know it’s not supposed to be signed until after your separation date.

Hoping to see some comments here. I have never been laid off in my 27 years in this field, so I'm kind of spiraling because the energy of the PLs... well, my PL, has shifted drastically. Don't believe that only the exec level knows what's going on. Some PLs know, too!! They're failing at acting normal. If I had known Centene does this every year, I would have stayed with my previous employer. If I'm on the chopping block, there are a few things I plan to ask about and recommend others do too: 1) official end date, 2) last paycheck/benefits, and 3) unused PTO. Best of luck to everyone. And if you do not have a network of connections in your field, get some at the company before August, just in case.
Spend a few hundred bucks and have a lawyer review it. Very vague and very broad in spots. HR will not provide any useful answers to questions, not that I’d expect them to. Money well spent.
