Current RTM’s, how was your Q2 bonus versus when you were an SR?

Actually selling cookies is only 50% of bonus
Dmi 25%( if you have bad ftow your sc--wed) as they dont get bonuses on it and dont care
25% cost per case( which will never be hit)
so 55-60 hours no OT and less bonus
Sounds great!!!
I’ll only be working 40 and cutting it off. That will only allow me enough time to run around and do fake DMI and pitcher at every store. I won’t be throwing a single truck. If I’m short staffed, it will sit until a merchandiser can get in there. Even if that’s 5 days from delivery. I’ll be like, “I’m sorry, the company doesn’t pay people enough to remain staffed appropriately”. They care more about me checking boxes than your service.
That's hilarious. So an RTM works 60 hours and gets smaller bonuses than the merchandisers who get overtime for anything over 40. Hahahahahahahhahahahahba
Yep, the ftow’s made more on their bonus than I did as RTM for BGR. Even the trash ones that don’t deserve it.
Rtm in northeast
We bonus at 15% now
50% BGR
25% DMI f&d scripted
25% CPC (which we will never hit target)
Meanwhile my FTOW are bonusing 100% on BGR and getting $3500 ....probably about 1000$ more than I am
Of course they would lower the bonuses for doing twice the work! Nothing surprises me with this company anymore.
My SR bonus was 20%. My new RTM will be 15% with labor added into the equation. Definitely will be making less in the RTM position with more stores & no OT
They probably didn't hit them so they wouldn't know
