It's such a simple concept that's been proven true over and over again: treat employees like they matter, and they'll make a difference. But when you treat people like cr-p, even if it's just some, everyone notices. The respect you lose isn't just from that one person, it's from everyone watching. This place used to understand that. Now it's just another lesson they'll learn too late.

You see the new wpe threat class? I'm fed up enough that I don't care anymore. I come in saturdays where it is me and new guys to train. I bust my butt helping my managers and then get these rto threats. I tried their accommodations team and had to submit the form 4 times. My managers said they can't meet those accommodations do i can work from home. Then hr specified I had to jump through hoops again in 3 months. They had 3 people just deny and pass me off without even talking to me. When time comes I am going straight to hr to plead my case in full instead of being ignored and passed along. Their claims of no retaliation is so easy for me to prove is a lie. They are lucky I log in.
They absolutely do want us to quit, over staffed trying to seem like the good guys when people leave.
People hired for new roles: don't touch pay but change expectations.
Hire within: avoids having to provide a raise
Why? They want us to quit!
