I feel like my team has hit rock bottom. Every single person is looking for something else. Everyone.

Everywhere it’s bad. People leaving or working in their exit strategy.
Every conversation I have ends up being about how much we are being done dirty by the company.
@OP seems like it’s just your group, people on my floor(E4 6th floor) are very happy, great quarter results.
An addiction is something you know is bad for you, but you keep doing it anyway. You keep showing up, you keep putting your 100%, even when every part of you knows it’s hurting you. That’s the trap: knowing better doesn’t stop the pull.
Morale here in Clinton, NJ has gone completely down the tubes. We thought it had gotten bad a few months ago. Now is just almost without words.
It's like one coworker said...this campus has reached "hospice stage".
Every year I say it can't get any worse.
Yet every year I am proven wrong on this matter again and again.
The morale is rock bottom. The trust is rock bottom. The culture is toxic, not merit.
@OP Keep looking because I’m not hiring you. Too many people we’ve hired as consultants from oil companies turned out to be professional schmoozers who struggle to use basic digital tools.
I can actually understand why your employer wants you gone.

If anyone that can change anything are read these posts I’d be shocked. I will just say this uncon thing is a joke.
My team tried to hire someone from the outside. It took over a year and still can't hire a single person. Nobody wants to join and everyone here wants to be out. Seems that posts here have gained more visibility and culture has been effectively communicated.
Only the ones that are naive enough that believe the gaslighting haven't hit rock bottom.
