In the past, the majority of 300+ interns would receive return offers. This summer there are only 100 interns. Anyone know if the company-wide layoffs will translate to a low return offer rate for interns?

Why does this person keep posting this question. If you are one of the 100 interns why are you even on here or why are you so worried about your son or daughter getting a job at Verizon???
Who cares about the interns? Get real.
If you are an intern, that means you are young. Run. This industry is not growing will not grow more than point or two a year.There is no future here. I’m here cause I plan to retire in 3 yrs at 59 or if they lay me off sooner. Good luck but really look elsewhere. I wouldn’t allow my kids anywhere near this industry or technology in general.
