@c3 found one! Called and left a message today. This one has handled employment lawsuits before with this corp and won. Waiting for call back.

@g3 I found one! Called and left a message today. This one has handled employment lawsuits before with this corp and won. Waiting for call back.
Please let me know if you do I have evidence spanning a year of discrimination and unfair treatment and impossible metrics just for me and no one else on ace
@OP tag me I’d u get one so I can jump in on it pls .
@a2 I would be willing to join a class action lawsuit. They will settle. They always do.
Nothing you do will help. Getting a lawyer will honestly just drain your pockets. Big companies like Centene have multiple high end lawyers already working for them. Everything that they do has already been run through their lawyers. There is a 0% chance you would actually have a case.
There’s a couple in the local area. Just search for them. Usually everyone that was a doc review ends up calling the same attorneys. They’re already aware by the time you call.
For what? For the VSP? Centene didn't have to offer it. They're not required to and no one was under any obligation to take it. They could've just let people go.
Whenever someone secures one, post here and we'll be sure to connect with that firm. I'm game.
sloppy though the rollout may have been, it’s naive to think an army of high-powered lawyers didn’t vet this. at will employment is just what it says.
yes! wasted too much time already.
Oh yeah let’s get this class action lawsuit going!
