@cx he said, he can’t promise that it won’t happen. Restructuring is happening, and under this movements, small rounds will occur, and bigger wave will wait until 2027.

- No big restructuring and mass layoff in the next 2 years.
- Small restructuring by team is happening and will continue to happen
Half true. ongoing Tooth Brushing is ongoing in the US. I know of 2 that left last month, same org..
Based on the last all hands meeting, CK said that nothing's gonna happen for the next two years...
