We had a metric change. Those that did not accept VSP is asking why this wasn't shared before they shared metric changing they would have accepted the VSP if they had known.

@a9 You can’t say common sense when everyone’s situation is different especially when we were lied to. Everything relayed regarding VSP was the separation date being 9/4 and even with VSP layoffs were coming regardless. Not to mention no hard information on when the package will be released and my state doesn’t allow unemployment if you took the VSP. Considering Centene is a lying shady company it was too risky when I have no spouse or family to help me. Come to find out separation dates are being pushed back and my PL told us without telling us that our department is safe from layoffs. Had we been told the truth my decision would’ve been different.
@OP What metric are you referring to? The way it’s phrased is really unclear. Without knowing what actually changed, it’s hard to understand how it would’ve impacted anyone’s VSP decision.
