It used to be pay, culture, prestige. All of that is gone. Is there anything good left?

4 weeks vacation + week at Christmas
Because without medical insurance I will die, sadly the only reason I have stayed. The job market is horrible.
Incentives if we don’t get WFRed first. Base pay su-ks.
Certain teams are chill, and have enough "new" work that you can still upskill in position or have time to use edassist. If you've moved internally or been promoted within the last 3 years your pay is probably ok enough that it isn't worth leaving unless you are unhappy or wanting to push hard. Prestige, not so much to people that know, but it's good enough that if someone asks you in a family gathering or public they won't think you're a weirdo or ask a followup "Where do you work???"

Stay for the scrum meetings - very very productive use of time.
Pay is top reason Dell over pays all the employees - they have to or everyone would leave.

@OP There's not a single good thing about Dell left. Dell is a shiithole 's shiithole place to work now.
The competition knows it. Customers know it. Employees know it.
