It’s been a long month, how is everyone doing in their new role, with no extra pay? Or did you get extra pay?

It’s honestly ridiculous the expectations this company has on its employees, especially those in smaller doors. We have fewer people and leaders, but the workload has only gotten heavier. I’m literally working on my days off because I don’t have time during my shift to get anything done because I’m too busy running the sales floor / coaching / cleaning fitting rooms / being tech support / etc.
And then the best part is getting nasty emails from people that work from home. I’m ready to get off this rollercoaster.
Not doing well, no extra pay, either get on board, get over it, or leave and get a new job. These STM give/ have no hospitality for their employees, but we are expected to give hospitality even after we have been talked down against, retaliated against and been made to feel like we don’t matter and our opinions don’t matter.

What did they change in the MBA role?
No extra pay either! I’m struggling. Don’t know what I’m doing. Jewelry was handed to me with no training and the business isn’t doing well
@h6 no change in responsibilities. New title and officially added fulfillment verbiage into job description.

I’m curious, did the new OSMs also get a change in job responsibilities?
