Restructuring is happening now on our team, which means a few of our teammates are moving over to a different team. Anyone else seeing restructuring happening thus far?

Based purely on observation, it appears to me the people who get "moved" to another team usually end up staying and whoever is left behind on the old team gets RIF'd. Even if doesn't happen immediately, it's usually part of the "grander plan."
My team was restructured a few months ago and we gained new people. We’re going to be restructured again after VSP recipients leave.
Thank you for sharing!! I anticipate restructuring after a call that suggested our teams would be streamlined to line up with centene structure. I took this as less individual teams.. No changes made yet.

My org restructured earlier this year with no layoffs.
CPI has been using the reorg excuse for the last year. Claiming this all just hit in coincidence with the VSP fun. So many of the PL and higher resigned.
@a5 also to add WellCare Medicare , FL but most teams reside in the CA area.
MPM department - Pharmacy (still in the dark) and have no idea what's going on.
My team was restructured twice over the last year before VSP was even offered.
What state/org are you in? NY and our teams know nothing.
