Can someone shed light on recent gossip about Fidelis, NY and how it will be impacted?

Any updates? Seems like customer service is alright here in NY. I'm a PM and I feel like I should have taken the VSP. Management has been avoiding our teams.
I'm a project manager here at Fidelis and the people above me are not giving any hints to me or the rest of our team. I think I've just become numb to the anxiety and will just try to enjoy the rest of my summer.
@a6 Centene lost contracts in Hawaii, doesn't leave much of a choice.
@a9 gossip is just that. Speculation. Can you elaborate if what you shared is different?
There are a lot of retention in Fidelis, and on salesforce I’ve seen so many cases where they call to remind members to renew, remind them to pay premium, welcome calls for medicare and EP/QHP, so many call campaigns that can be automated.
Isn’t marketing the retention team? Retention has two titles, Centene; marketing and retention of some some Fidelis reps: Field retention representatives.
@am QA will be significantly reduced across most plan areas, though I’m not sure about marketing. The QA teams have shifted to an A-I driven platform that now handles much of the work, reducing the need for manual QA efforts.
Sooooo retention from Fidelis reps that accepted the VSP were given separation dates for May and even November of 2027. So I doubt retention being cut sounds like QA will be getting slashed though and so will Marketing
No gossip, just speculation. I do not think Fidelis will be eliminated. Name recognition is very important.
Thing will be done in a very different way.
They did get rid of the plan in Hawaii
What gossip i haven’t heard a thing
There definitely has been a bit more discussion recently about Fidelis on this page, but i havnt heard anything, and i currently work for Fidelis Care. I can’t imagine Centene getting rid of Fidelis though, as through Fidelis is how they enter the NY market. Downsizing maybe, but i doubt centene will get rid of it entirely. I could be wrong, its all about money at the end of the day
