A toxic culture!

❎ Not salary.
❎ Not workload.
✅ Culture.

Most toxic workplaces aren't ruined by incompetence. They're ruined by disrespect.

The most dangerous leader in any room isn't the loudest — it's the one who never listens.

Here's 7 rules every leader needs to live by:

1/ Respect everyone
Kindness to a CEO is easy.
Kindness to those with no power over you — that's character.

2/ Lead without fear
Fear creates compliance. Never loyalty.
Great leaders don't intimidate — they elevate.

3/ Give credit openly
Stolen recognition ki-ls morale silently.
Unseen people stop caring. It's that simple.

4/ Disagree without humiliating
Challenge the idea. Never the person.

5/ Stay composed under pressure
Your team mirrors your energy.
Calm leaders build calm cultures.

6/ Listen like it matters — because it does
Most people listen to reply.
The best leaders listen to understand.

7/ Never confuse authority with leadership

A title demands obedience. It can never demand respect.

People won't remember your resume. They'll remember how you made them feel.

Execs are incentivized to get rid of Non-execs so there is no motivation to create a functioning culture. They put money above integrity, employee care and everything else. Watch out for increased mental health problems, self-harm and worse among employees and the company is deliberately driving employees in that direction to enrich executives. Think about that for a moment.
