How do we report someone working multiple remote jobs? Not a second job after hours but someone on the clock at Centene but working another remote job at the same time?

Same way you report bullying, favoritism, cryonism, unfair promotion practices and everything else under the moon. If you want to report one thing, report everything you see or do your job and log off.
My boss turns the other cheek and allows people to do Door Dash. Gone long periods of time from email and Teams chats.
It su-ks especially when we are trying to get in touch with teammate about Centene work!
Answer is you don't. That's none of your business. I'm assuming if it hasn't been caught by leadership then they are still able to keep up with their work. Therefore its not affecting you. Who cares if it's "on the clock". If you all are salary, there shouldn't technically be on the clock time and if you are hourly still not your business. Sounds like they are very good at multitasking. Good for them.
You should look at board of directors compensation structure. Your co-worker is not affecting your piece of the pie.

Been working another job along side Centene it for 2 years and don’t plan on stopping. My productivity isn’t affected. I don’t miss any work. Some of you need to go touch grass.

I do not care if someone is receiving "unearned" compensation from cruddy Centene.
I barely do my own work, much less additional work for my coworkers. If you do that, it's 100% on you.
If there are true productivity concerns, there is an entire leadership chain above that person. Highly compensated and well-experienced to manage performance. If none of them see a problem, perhaps your priorities are misguided.

For all of you saying to mind your own business, well... it is thier business. Someone working another job at the same time causes more work for everyone else. They aren't earning what Centene is paying them. They are stealing from the company. They are causing others to pick up the slack.

Centene HR and leadership, check these replies. Please crack down on people working more than one job on your dime. RIF them. They clearly have more than one income.
