Business update- Capital Market

I thought about a lot before writing here ....so can someone put all the pieces together and let us know their thoughts...

Today every business unit leaders had a meeting called business update and they all spoke about capital market and blah blah...it's all about capital market..it's alright they are providing a business update and trying to be transparent which is appreciated.

But the issue is with capital market and capital market leader didn't have a single call with their respective team to provide an update.

So my question is what's going on here?
What they are trying to say?
What they are trying to hide?
What they are scared about?
Whom they are trying to fool?
