The hiring group in India is clearly getting a pay/kick back from sending their people to the US. They (H1B visa) are nowhere near the quality of the locals for the price tag Fiserv pays them.
Just saying.
@dw Probably the same reason that the home country that these people come from don't allow foreigners to stay on work visas....
What have you got against foreign visa workers that take Americans jobs.
Seems the higher percentage of the work force H1b and overseas the worse we do with system up time and the drastic increases in self inflicted wounds.
