GOT RIFFED In the last round. Had a toxicity free summer. Got paid severance, a bonus and found a new job! People anxious for the next round there is plenty of fish in the sea; provided you are talented and can work (in the real sense). For the bench warmers and the empty vessels who are still there I would say enjoy it while it lasts!!

@OP I agree 100%! My severance plus PSP tomorrow plus cashed out PTO plus a new job and a frickin’ awesome place to work- makes me wish it would’ve happened sooner! Pay is slightly less, but the work, people, and work-life balance make it worth it!
You need to get out to professional events in person. AI has flooded the digital space. You need to meet meat to meat.
And dump any interview process that has as many steps as AA. A motivated company will make a decision within 4 sessions.
