I've become numb to it all. Lay me off. Make me wait for a VSP date for a year. Even fire me. I don't give a damn. Not sure if it's a good or a bad thing, but I just don't have the energy to care anymore .

Agree with OP the I don't care anymore has become resounding. We have all heard to cut off any toxic relationship that steal your peace. This has become Toxic when you come to work each day and worry if you have too much to do and worry if you don't. They don't share in any failures they just blame it on the ones doing the day to day work that keeps us running. It should not be hard to know if your working, p== on all these metrics so much plays into them... that is out of our control. We work on a computer you can see what we are doing, calls are recorded and can be monitored. JS.. our work is right there but it's about a number not quality.. Tired of being a number and our new leadership total lake of compassion, its always feels like we can never do enough. I don't think you could ever please Centene Management right now.
It's really stressing me out and affecting my health (I think my hair is literally falling out). I just wish I was closer to my federal retirement age. If I was I'd took the VSP but just can't afford not to be working right now. I've been sending out applications and resumes but of course, no response. I don't what I'm going to do.

I fee bad for you all with the 2027 date... I know how I feel just trying to hold on and Make it to December. I can't imagine Next year!!!!!!

Yeah this whole thing is just draining. I have a late 2027 end date. It’s obvious in the people that took the the VSP they want out of here. Centene has done nothing but create more stress during this “transparent process”. Also noticing middle management is getting eaten up too. With so many employees taking the VSP pressure is on them to still get things done but with many folks leaving it just goes to show how much work someone really carried and how middle management does not contribute to the team but rather kept drowning employees with work could easily help in
