@1r6 haha time is almost up for yall given the new CIO doesn't want scrum masters nor their 30 min workday
Look at the absolute martyrdom on display, with everyone acting like they are keeping the lights on. You do realize that throwing your coworkers under the bus doesn’t make you layoff proof, right? The company is clearing over a billion and you’re busy resenting the people who figured out how to get paid exactly what you do without the stress. Hate the game, not the player.
They are roles created for directors family to gainfully employed. They are supposed to work with different teams and remove impediment, but 99% they don't do anything. I am a tech lead, I don't need them. I have about 10 people, I support that take credit for my work.
Trying to make a living like everyone else. We haven't had a scrummaster for quite some time, the TL had to eat that role. Do most other teams still have a scrummaster?
Busy stealing a living
Go to the breakroom
Funny you ask that because other companies (bank of america for one) are moving away from dedicated scrum masters by moving them into a delivery lead role.
