The boss was great and the only reason I have stuck around. She jumped this sinking ship for another external role and privately shared with a few of us the ship is sinking further with the new leadership we have all had to endure. Terrible AVP! Just waiting for boss to settle in to new company and off we go too ya’ll! Keep your resumes updated

Teams like this is what creates toxic work environment and we lose great talent and team members who are actual professionals . They start lying on each other and creating friction sounds like your entire team should be wiped out for the good of our organization. I bet your AVP is terrible, terrible for keeping a team like this around.
