Did they offer bonus / equity which was due to vest this year as well ?
It does state that it's non-negotiable, has anyone challenged that?
Is 2 weeks per year of service UK? I thought it was supposed to be 4
Severance is two weeks salary per year of service.

Nope, accepted it. It's very generous although better for those with longer tenure. They're formulated it to make it hard to refuse, as you'll go from a payout allowing you to take your time finding a new job to the statutory minimum.
