Between the brain fog, fatigue and confidence taking a hit, did anyone feel HR or management quietly decided you were “past your prime”? Did you tell HR, or did you keep it to yourself? Curious if anyone’s been through this.

No but back in uncle Al transformation 2020 days I went through it as a mild to moderate alcoholic
@v5 All the downvoting occurred within the space of about an hour Monday. All the HR bots got back to work with not much to do.
@e3
Not great e3, not great.
I see all the downvotes. Ya’ll scared of women and menopause? 🤣
Careful now. Ya don’t wanna set off mad cow disease.
No don’t tell anyone. I ve seen women dismissed by team members when they shared. There won’t be empathy because they don’t understand or care. Definitely don’t tell HR because they look out for the company’s best interest not yours.
Do take care of yourself. Open up to your friends who are going through the same thing. Talk to your doctor about options and get real data on replacement. I finally went on it after 3 years of suffering. It’s improved but not disappeared. Everyone is different and I’m going on 4 years of symptoms. Hang in there and meditate if you’re not already. There’s definitely a mental toll no one talks about.
I actually found going through menopause during the past several years of layoffs helped me to channel my rage instead of getting depressed. Added bonus: I think HR was afraid of me, as in, holy sh-t, she is in a foul mood all the time, so we better not upset her by taking her job away. That’s right bi--hes. Don’t fu-k with the pause ladies ‘cause we’re done taking everyone’s cr-p, including MW. Now go crank up that AC ‘cause this office is feeling like the Houston swamp! 😂😂😂
Past your prime? Your job probably doesn't have birthing spawn on the description
HR is NOT your friend.
Skip the yam cream, jump straight to testosterone replacement. It has helped the brain fog and other things in my house!
