What happens with banked vacation (e.g. 200 hrs) if I get rebadged?

Wouldn’t Vz face a lawsuit over that?
Better take 5 weeks off just to be safe.
It was paid out last go around. Do yourself a favor and don’t charge any time to vacation and leave with a nice check.
