There's a lag between when it happens and when NY posts it to the database, which is then picked up and reported in the media. I was one of these people in this list and I've been gone for months. Happily, I might add.

nyc warn posts after already happened and employees given notice and laid off 90 days later. they were gone already. It is delayed news. In NJ it is posted immediately when employee is given notice.
