If you are not in a hub location I suggest you start looking for a new job. Hub locations are a lot of them by area but LOB but if you are in a satellite office you will be forced back in

@342 Can you elaborate?
1000% location strategy plans have accelerated recently
Yep. Have a teammate in SCCS who was at Rolling Meadows. She either had to commute to downtown Chicago (90-120 mins one way) or accept severance. She fought to office out of another site closer to home but they were adamant that SCCS could ONLY go to downtown Chicago. Makes no sense… unless the goal is to get rid of people.
Wells Fargo 2.0…
That’s exactly what they’re saying. Lost a teammate a month or so ago because of it.
@dw yes, but the hubs are unique to what LOB you work in
Already happening - Buffalo NY office closed few months ago. Employees were given a choice between moving or severance package.
This is ridiculous. The bank pays tens of millions in long-term leases around the world in all kinds of office buildings. They’re not going to pay for vacant space, nor are they going to risk lawsuits from landlords for defaulting on their lease obligations..
@OP Can you clarify what you're saying here? Are you saying that if you don't work in a hub you're going to be told that you have to relocate to a hub or lose your job?
