Thoughts on why the employee survey is going to be near end of year. Is it because we’ll be significantly smaller than the last one? Thoughts from those that will or will not complete the survey and why. I believe the results should be available to all employees to view including ALL verbatim comments. Thoughts?

Nobody reads the damn survey, all they care about is participation.
Our leadership certainly isn't going to change based on our feedback
F the survey
" And in the Comment section I was write, “I only completed the survey with high scores because our CEO said the results were tied to our bonus”
I like the thinking outside of the box, but the reality is your comment would never see the light of day or be acknowledged in any way.
I’m torn. Don’t want to take it and lower the participation rate below 50% because that would be hilarious, but that also only leaves the bootlickers to act like everything is great here.
Surveys only matter if you’re interested in the results. My guess is that the dumpster fire will continue.
I plan to take the survey and give all the highest rating. And in the Comment section I was write, “I only completed the survey with high scores because our CEO said the results were tied to our bonus”
Do not take the surveys, it’s the only thing that gets to them. Also remember these surveys are not mandatory or anonymous.
24 years, will never take another one. Stanley’s letter last year made that an easy decision.
JS will come back and gaslight ALL employees that disagree with the company direction that is circling the drain.
“ @b2 this is HR propaganda to try and skew the survey results positively”
Nope. Me again.
Certainly not HR. Why would someone in HR advocate non participation?
Serious question you won’t answer…how long have you worked here?
How is it that you don’t understand by now that participation is their most important metric? I am seriously asking.
Why do you think you get emails from your Director and VP practically begging or insisting that you take the survey?
How do you not understand after Stank’s email last year that the results and your comments could not matter less?
Wake the F up.
DO NOT TAKE THE SURVEY.
They are actively trying to wait until those who have been surplussed are OFF payroll and OUT of the system so those who remain (for now...) are more likely to give a positive review thinking they're safe. Do not give them the positive review. They want you to be honest, be honest. They're going to have Stankey come out criticizing you anyway so you may as well have some integrity and say what you feel regardless. Let's see if that anti-retaliation clause truly holds up against scrutiny.
@aj you are spot on , the survey will come out after the the next round of layoffs are sent out next month or in early October.
Remember the middle of the month is when surplus letters go out, giving you 2 weeks notice with your last day in payroll the first of the following month.
@b2 this is HR propaganda to try and skew the survey results positively. Do not be fooled. Blast them again harder this time than last time. Ignoring it does nothing but paint a false picture.
No matter what they will censor it. Focus on not giving them anything positive to pull outside of participation. The only way to make change is to push back. Silence does nothing.
The employee survey is a complete waste of energy, time and money! After the last survey, Stank made it abundantly clear that the only opinion he values is that of his own.
Just stop with the survey nonsense while he is at the helm. We know where he stands and he knows where we stand.
His mandatory retirement can’t come soon enough, although it is years away.
Will never take another one.
I have been here 25 plus years and taken them all and encouraged my directs, under pressure from VP to take them.
I’ll never take another (granted my time
Is growing short anyway).
Those of you that think your low scores and scathing comments mean anything, to anyone, just don’t get it.
The only message they will receive is low engagement. Nothing else matters.
Yes, the bootlickers will take the survey and glaze leadership.
But it a good percentage of us just refuse to take part it will still send a strong message.
Don’t be a dimwit.
DON’T TAKE THE SURVEY.
I am sure it has something to do with a mostly new HR leadership team. Results out end of October. So we will all know what we need to work on in 2027, 😂
“AT&T cares about my health and well-being?” Scores low. Lets throw Lyra at them, that’ll fix it!
C suite must believe that the remaining survivors will be scared into compliance mode and give favorable responses.
