Are execs truly happy or miserable? Ranking must be brutal.
Is the risk higher for execs not to make it to retirement eligible (ie 55)?

@OP They make a lot of money, and that is supposed to make them happy. But if they're miserable inside, money won't solve it. Like, if they're an alcoholic, a gambling addict, or have an unhappy home life, money can't fix that, though it certainly helps if they use it wisely and get boutique therapy or whatever help they need that rich people have access to. Otherwise, they're just spending it on stuff that doesn't solve the real problem.
So who knows. I mean are they spending their riches to become healthier...more enlightened and self-actualized and overall a better human? Or are they spending it on gambling, alcohol, junk food, women, and other addictions? Money can make things better, but it can also make things worse. It really depends on how thry use it. Do the executives look happy? Do they look healthy? I don't know. I don't really talk to them enough to know what their inner lives are actually like.

I only feel sorry for technical people who reach executive as they are always stuck in the bottom. Avoid being on the technical bench at all costs.

Miserable. Rankings were brutal. They gave NSI to more than they “needed” to. That explains everything.
