Business as usual for my team/dept. it’s like the VSP and layoffs aren’t even happening because the PLs have not said anything to the employees. Thank you to those keeping this updated for NJ employees.
@a9 im in FL operations but know some folks over in NJ. They have major claims issues. It doesn’t make sense for operations team to be let go. Woah!!
Reductions hit today at Fidelis Care NJ. Confirmed cuts on the operations and care management teams. Other functions may have been affected as well but I can’t confirm scope beyond those two.
