This means certain roles have been eliminated and we will be saying goodbye to a number of our colleagues.
In some regions, including the U.S., we will be notifying impacted employees today and are aiming to have individual conversations with impacted employees regarding transition support and next steps. In Europe, we are initiating formal consultation, review and/or individual discussion processes as required by local laws.
