SETH

Will MW be man enough to discuss the dysfunction and terrible morale he's caused at Chevron?

Would rather go back to the slide talking points than watching an hour of him talking. The townhall is not a talk show.

Obviously he wasn’t.

This is the most embarrassing cringe thing I have ever seen us do. Good lord, just drone on about slides. Not THIS.

Audience is entirely ELT, so no good questions will come from there.

Just another version of a CNBC puff piece. We are 25% through SETH and no employee questions. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

@c1 Dude, you cannot be serious. If you work for this company, you would know what a sh-t show it’s been lately. All thanks to MW decisions.

@OP Absolutely not. The man lives by the motto “accountability for thee, but not for me or the ELT”

Also, I believe we established that he is a spineless weasel.

No, as the bad morale is intentional. Every round of layoffs is worse than previous layoffs by design. The goal is for Houston employees to resign, so they can cause more stress for teammates, so they will resign too. More resignations mean less severance. Not backfilling in Houston is the goal. Opening up overseas is better for shareholders.
