Infosys making calls - The layoff plan becoming clear

Well after being laid off for a year, I got a call from an Infosys recruiter asking if I was interest in my old job as a contractor .. I laughed and said, not interested .. I suspect that other groups like the Torretta Org will do the same thing and continue layoffs to shed cost and pick up no benefit contractors to backfill .

Their dream model is having all the id--ts at the top and their lapdogs as the only FTEs. Then a bunch of contractors, offshore workers, and AI to fill in the rank and file.

Id--ts on this site downvoting facts because they don’t like them. See how many NPWs your org loses by end of year. It’s coming and it’s no secret.

Wow - Stank just can’t stop taking from
employees… He already crushed the older employees by taking awayretiree benefits and the new employees by taking away pension.

He just won’t get rid of his highly paid people
who aren’t earning their salaries.

Karma will come back to him one day — just hope many of us get to see it.
