Anyone been having issues with their FMLA being approved. I had time from 2 weeks ago pending and now my supervisor is saying i have attendance points.

I'm keeping a running log including screenshots and PDFs of every communication I have made with all my doctors and LFG in case I need to pursue legal action. LFG has all my medical records, my doctors forms signed, as well as additional information regarding my case yet I have heard nothing from them regarding my case.
You're about to be on permanent FMLA. They dont care.
@c4 im already gathering everything I need for a lawyer just in case. I tried again today to reach my case worker and nothing.
Yeah I’m having lots of trouble with my FMLA since last week. My PCP has sent over 3 medical documents and Lincoln still saying information is missing. Idk sounds like centene is in it. Majority of people have chronic illnesses and conditions, these announcements are stressing people out!!!
@OP to add time is still pending and Lincoln hasnt called me back yet. It seems a bit shady to me.
