What's the SOTU (State of the Union) on badging ? Still being covertly tracked ?

I go into RR every day as I'm a team player who wants to do my best for the company. If you do not then please leave and take the negative energy with you.
@15n today someone reheated leftover fish lol
No one cares. I don't see them enforcing it.
Why should one come in? The office usually smells of cheap cologne, BO or people microwaving their lunch which smells like medical waste.
Does anyone really care?
The data is being collected as always but the same visibility or 'monitoring' by managers has not been done since ODW came in. If someone needs to see the data now its gonna be a bunch of SN tickets that have to be rubber stamped by the higher ups.
We have Sr Directors who don’t even come in. Why bother at this point. Just follow their example.
your building has a cleaning crew? lucky
Just befriend someone from the cleaning crew to badge in for you and give them a few bucks. Hey playing nice and winning has perks.
I really don't think they are tracking it anymore. The only people who can see badge swipes are VPs and above, which is on purpose but, idk... I think they put the "fear" into people and now we are all good little sheep and they aren't tracking anymore.
Not like they'd ever tell us anyways so...
Why have badges if they don't monitor it or have locks on the door?
As soon as you enter the parking lot you are being tracked.
@c1 well, managers and directors can't see anything but i'm betting upper leadership absolutely can - VP and above
I dont think they are really monitoring that anymore. and by monitoring I mean making sure people are in office 5 days/week.
I have heard from 2 managers on different teams that leadership cannot see badge in data at all. If they wanted to check IP logs they would be able to get that from IT but it would have to be an escalated request.
It's been tracked and reported for 40 years. It is a facilities security requirement
To my understanding they've basically quit monitoring it. I have folks on my team that have gone weeks without badging in and nobody said anything
Yes
