Zero mention of a planned LR in internal or external communications. Likely there will some some quiet ones, but not on same scale as FY26 Q3.

There is few months delay there due to their laws
The charge was in Q3 results but they only spent like 40% in Q4 of it!! He did say the rest was for Q1 FY27 in May.
Q3 LR Chuck’s email went out around earnings announcement time I think.
No, they have to report the financial impact of any planned layoffs. I don't see it mentioned.
It will be tomorrow, they do it after the earnings calls thinking it will get less attention
