I know 2 pharmacists in CPS that took VSP but their end date is in December. I had heard some other in CPS that are into 2027. I think pharmacy tech roles and UM review is safe for now.

@b9 I have not heard of any Pharmacists taking VSP. I can't speak of technicians or coordinators etc.
I know several people from mtm that took the VSP. Not sure where you got your info.

I am in MTM dept with CPS and have not heard of any layoffs or VSP takers. I have heard a rumor that our layoffs will not occur until December, after open enrollment. I have not been directly told this information from my PL though. The lack of transparency has been very frustrating to say the least.
