Employee from Poland office here. Back in 2024 we had some layoffs, this year the company sold 75% of the workforce to outsourcing and we're just vegetating here, waiting to be disposed of as well. But no matter how bad it gets I'm still seeing people who believe that everything's going to be fine, the CEO will turn around, PH can't possibly offer the same level of services (there are romours that they will move everything from PL to PH) and keeping us is the best option. Seriously, where do people like this come from? The CEO is responsible for keeping profits high ( that means getting rid of me in favor of someone from India or PH), a drop in quality of service has literally no impact on company profits, and the remaining PL workforce, now packed in a 3M company barely anyone heard of (GSC got deleted from existence) is just a liability, but I still see people who think that we'll have a job this time next year. Am I working with mentally unstable people, are they toddlers, or is this some kind of shock caused by stress?

Let me assure you that your inflated opinion of quality at GSC PL is misplaced. To say nothing of the blatant racism and xenophobia that poles consider completely normal. Good riddance. PH will manage this work in their sleep!
Maybe the OP is just trying to understand their coworkers rather than "complaining" about them. It's sometimes hard to understand why people don't see what's in front of them. Denial isn't just a river in Egypt.
Then start looking for a job . Stop complaining about your coworkers who deal with it in thier own way. It was not thier decision.
