Do any PL have a proposed org chart or general outline of the movement of resources? What is the overarching goal (besides save money) from an efficiency standpoint?

@OP Most likely, but I doubt anyone would share that on this platform. One thing I pay attention to post-layoffs is the different (key word!) types of meetings I'm am invited to that may not have anything to do with the work I'm used to. When restructuring happens, you can only be left in the dark for so long. Just pay attention to subtle changes in the meantime.
