Has anyone heard of any office attendance updates? Obviously NJ doesn't have parking space but has anyone heard of changes under Takis? I know ML at least created flexibility compared to FB.

New policy effective may 2026 is avg work time is 8 hrs with most of the hours in office, therefore if you do 7 in office thats good enough.

He really didn’t. He could have come in and undone all FS paranoid, I don’t trust my employees mandates but he made the tiniest tweaks to those policies.
Takis isn’t exactly moving fast to unpick that mess either. If you want to turn this thing around show you trust your teams and let go of this “team’s need to train together to win together” horsesh-t.
I never followed the 9 hour bluff thank goodness.
Well, I didn't receive an email but according to FUEL policy it's 8 hours not 9 hours a day anymore. I didn't discover this on time and worked overtime for free for a few months.😭
If you guys are expecting some announcement from Takis thats says hey! Work from is back! Work from home anytime you like! Dream on. They are more understanding in case by case scenarios yes.
