Hope they all realize that they'll actually have to do real work at a real company, not this slop they've been getting paid for at OT.
@m4 renewals and collections can’t keep the Ponzi scheme going. We need hunters getting new business but they are all just farming and squeezing water out of a rock until we are all part of IBM.
i stopped doing the corporate self reporting tasks and asks. my goal is to not burn myself out or further ruin my work/life balance for this company. requires 10 approvals to do anything - including sell a product and im in fu--ing sales. everything comes back to renewals, we must protect legacy revenue, we must charge growth on legacy renewals....... collect a check and bounce. this company is a ponzi.
Meanwhile, those who are paid the most are soooooo busy sending reminder after reminder that goals are set in the system.
Can I add "just stay effing employed" to my goals?
I think everyone knows the writing is on the wall. Everyone is open to work.
