I'm hearing that nurse case managers for unplanned inpatient stay will be hit hard in the so-called Red October. Anyone have info?

CHC should have been dissolved after the breach
It is hard enough to work at a company where you have to worry about your job every month without being attacked by fellow employees on a layoff site.
Be better people and try to lift up those around you!

I've worked with some great people from Optum and Change Healthcare over the past few years, and I'm still surprised every time an email bounces back because someone was impacted by a RIF and I didn't find out until after their last day. Maybe one of them will end up taking me to a better company.
This place has been going downhill since 2020, but the last couple of years have been especially brutal. I've stayed because I genuinely like my job, but the scales are starting to tip as I find myself working mostly with offshore teams. There are only so many U.S. names left in Fishbowl to choose from.

I am surprised there are any legacy Change staff still around. I thought they Already RIF’d them all.

Hope so! I hope I'm the one let go instead of a team member that needs their job. This company su-ks the life out of me. I can hardly find the will to get out of my bed every morning.
