To the person who creates posts like “The Spreadsheet Already Told You Why Your Role Got Cut at Teradata” and “I think I’m right” — it’s evident you deliberately troll to get a reaction out of people. Your entire life amounted to this moment — a zero sum — just like the quality of your posts. May you rest easy in the future knowing nothing you post here was worth the effort

@gh Horsesh-t. You knew exactly what you were doing. That’s why we will no longer react to your hallucinations.
I genuinely didn’t set out to hurt anyone’s feelings, and if some of my earlier posts came across that way, that wasn’t the intent.
That said, I still believe certain roles at the company had become completely unnecessary, and the recent cuts did remove a meaningful amount of underperforming and low value headcount. Not every position that disappeared was a tragedy, and not every person who left was carrying their weight. Pretending otherwise doesn’t help anyone.
I’m not interested in arguing about it further. Just stating what I observed.
The more they post, the more this feels like some sort of odd "Terradata Highlander" thing... just very strange.
The guy is just stupid.
But the BoD is even more ret@rded for not taking action and firing him.
You cant blame an id--t for doing what works for them.
He feels incredibly chuffed every time he posts, completely detached from the reality that ninety-nine percent of his leadership consists of engineering mass headcount attrition and freezing employee wages. He doesn't care about customer growth or real profitability; his entire business strategy is a smoke-and-mirrors show designed to pump the stock long enough for his automated 10b5-1 dumps to clear.
@d0 You may be correct.
No one can convince me he's anyone other than SM, simply trying to justify why he's doing a good job, and his decisions are justified.
