Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Tenured or new hires?

For those who were let go or knew someone who was let go due to RIF the past 3 days, were you or they tenured? Or was it mostly new hires that were let go?

PL here. 9 years with the company, 6 as PL. There were new PLs in my program that are doing a terrible job and not let go so my understanding was that people with the company under 2 years were immune to these layoffs. Apparently not?

I'm glad I'm not going to be here for the mess after I leave.
